In Greene County magistrate court John Henry Sabus of Churdan was sentenced Nov. 16 to four days in jail on a charge of violation of a no contact order. The jail time is consecutive to jail time in a Greene County felony case. Sabus must pay $192 sheriff’s room and board costs and $60 court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: David Allan Holley of Scranton, possession of drug paraphernalia; Zachary Lee Flinn of Perry, operate vehicle without interlock device; Richard John Sabus of Churdan, operate vehicle without interlock device; and Ryan Douglas Patterson of Jefferson, violation of protective order.
